About Chris

Chris started investing in real estate without using his own money or credit. Within four month he completed four deals, including two rental properties that he bought using creative financing.

Chris remains just as passionate about his real estate investing as he was when he first started. He is currently a Top 0.3% growth leader at eXp Realty with $88+ million in transactions. With his wife Jamie, Chris has used more than $19 million from private lenders and equity partners to flip 200+ properties. Together they have $70+ million assets under management, including close to 400 single-family and multifamily units.
