Kai Lai loves immersing himself in the real estate industry. With a background in tech and data, he currently holds a senior position as a database developer at JLL, a large commercial real estate firm. He manages assets and property management at scale for numerous clients, including Xerox, AT&T, Cisco, Amgen, and many others. Kai oversees portfolios that encompass over ten thousand properties and hundreds of employees worldwide. Additionally, Kai has been actively involved in commercial real estate development, managing finances and creating dynamic reports to support a team that builds single-tenant NNN properties for well-known brands like Dutch Brothers and The Human Bean. Always eager to learn and grow, Kai actively seeks opportunities to expand his real estate holdings and knowledge as he strives to build wealth.
